• No personal details (name, email address etc) will be collected when you are visiting our site unless you choose submit them to us through web form, emails etc
• General web statistics, such as time/day/week visits are recorded by the web server. This information may, in an aggregate form, be shared with business partners of Palmy dot Net and other external entities. For example, we may issue a press release revealing we have 20,000 visits a month or we may inform a specific business that we have 5,000 visits a month in Computer & Internet seciton in our Web Directory
• Please be assured that no personal information will be given to any third party
• At the moment Palmy dot Net doesn't require registration in order to use the site, therefore we have no idea who you are, when/how you visit the site etc unless you send us an email to tell us :)

When adding your listing to the Web Directory:

• Private details (email address and comments) will not be published without your explicit permission. By default they're not to be published
• All other details are assumed to have your permission to be published in our Web Directory and possibly other areas within Palmy dot Net domain - So please don't enter things you don't want others to see
• If at any time, you do not wish to have your listing details published on our site, please contact us. We will respond to your request as soon as possible

When contacting us via the web form:

• You have a choice to contact us anonymously by not supplying your name and email address (in this case we are not able to reply you)
• Should you choose to supply your name and/or email address, these will only be used to contact you if it's necessary. We will not share/publish/disclose these details (including your message) to third parties without your explicit permission

When voting in our Voting Booths:

• When voting, we simply record the votes and nothing else
• When submitting a nomination or suggestion, you can choose not to enter your name and/or email address
• Should you choose to supply your name and/or email address, these will only be used to contact you if it's necessary. We will not share/publish/disclose these details (including your comments/suggestions/nominations) to third parties without your explicit permission

When using our Job Search service:

• Name and email address are mandatory, otherwise nobody can contact you and therefore defeat the purpose of this service
• For Vacancies and Job Wanted submissions, you have a choice of having your personal details (name and email address) being published publicly or kept in private. If you choose to keep them in private, we will handle the requests manually and email you the contact details of the person interested in your submissions, eg:
• If you have a "Private" Job Vacancies, someone wants the job, and contact us, we'll forward this person's contact details to you, and it's up to you to decide whether or not to contact this person
• If you have a "Private" Job Wanted listing, someone needs your help, and contact us, we'll forward this person's contact details to you, and it's up to you to decide whether or not to contact this person
• If a listing is not "Public" and you're interested in it (be it a Job Wanted or Vacancy), you can contact us (by email or web form). By doing that, we assumed you have granted us the permission to forward your contact details to the person posted the listing, and this person will have the final say whether or not to contact you

We assure you that Palmy dot Net will not share/disclose your personal information, including your name, contact details, email address with any third party except:

• Where you have given us your explicit permission to share your information
• Where we are required to by law
